For all of you fish-lovers out there I have quite a delicious recipe for you! We have our cell biology exam tomorrow morning, so I’m slightly in panic mode! This class is worth the most credits in our over-all GPA so its really important I do well. So that means I will lock myself in the library all day today and study!
Side note: On the way home from the grocery store there is a little field, and around 8pm, there are always deer in the field!! Since I’m from Arizona, I’ve never seen deer like this before and it makes me so happy. Everyone makes fun of how much I love the deer!! See them, there are 3 female deer so close to me! Yay!
Okay back to food, I made this delicious salmon that I definietly need to share with all of you. The fish cooked super fast and it was overall a super easy meal! I hope you try it, and if you do, post it on instagram and show me! My username is: theplumstethoscope!
Garlic Lemon Salmon
Cooktime: 20 minutes
- Minced garlic
- Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 2 lemons
All I did was cut the salmon into 4 pieces, topped with some minced garlic, seasoning and slices of lemon. Then I used the other lemon and cut it in half and squeezed the juice all over the fish.
I popped it in the over for 20 minutes and it was perfectly ready!
I served it with a side of red jasmine rice, and I had an onion I needed to use. I carmelized it in some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and it was heaven!
