Goals for Block 3 


I wanted to write some things down in stone to hold myself accountable as I begin what is notorious for being the “hardest” block of medical school- neuro. I’ve taken some neuro classes before, but I don’t think anything can prepare you for med school neuro. 

Since I’m over halfway done with my first year of med school (woah!) I wanted to make a list of some goals I have for myself this block. No excuses!

  1. Cook 3 times a week 
  2. Run/gym 4 times a week
  3. 2 hours of studying before class 4 times a week
  4. Cut down on sugar 

These are pretty reasonable and I really hope I can stick to them! 

Do you have any goals for the next few months?!
